Sweet Wild Hydrangea, kissed pink like blushing cheeks. Silk petals drenched in morning dew. I smell the earth. The scent of rain on floral heads. I am rooted. I feel connected to all things. In this dawn moment. Sweet Wild Hydrangea.
Inspired by nature I wanted to create a painting which suggested the dawn. Fresh. A new day with endless possibilities, calm. Blue Violet Hydrangea remind me to feel thankful, to have gratitude for the coming day. I imagine autumn mornings with light mist and wet ground, the fresh scent of dew on soil. I wanted the painting to depict the morning and the beauty and tranquillity of a fleeting moment. Sweet Wild Hydrangea
