Inspired by nature I wanted to create a painting which suggested the dawn. Fresh. A new day with endless possibilities,. Blue Violet Hydrangea remind me to feel thankful, to have gratitude for the coming day. I imagine autumn mornings with light mist and wet ground, the fresh scent of dew on soil. I wanted the painting to depict the morning and the beauty and tranquillity of a fleeting moment. Simple Abundance has thickly painted petals creating texture in the painting.
